I spent the past two days holed up in the house jet lagged and stressing about work. Mom forced me to get outside for some fresh air and sunlight. So we went to the Taylor Street Night Market to grab a bite to eat with your cousins.

This gentleman describes the mind as a screaming monkey - aptly named. Been looking into learning how to meditate to help quiet down my mind so that I can better triage all the projects yelling for my attention.
You should make this a daily routine.
Our days are filled with so many activities that demand our attention, often placing timelines that cause us to focus on the task at hand, which gives us little time to pause and appreciate whats happening around us.
There are so many things to be grateful for. The life you want isn't going to be handed to you. Its a conscious effort to find those little moments that make you feel alive. Find your routine to appreciate these moments.
For me, it's always been traveling and if that's not possible, just being alone long enough to exhale.
The conversation we have with each other, alone is convincing, but the vibe I get makes it undeniable that you are an old soul in that little body.
